|W. Pacific, Philippines
. A stunning member of the dragonet family, the Ruby Red Dragonet, also known as the Ruby Dragonet, has a unique coloration. It's head and body are bright red with a yellow belly with white dots all over. Their diet requires copepods for success, but they can be weened onto other foods over time. Their mouths are very small and they are very slow and methodic feeders.
Dragonets, along with other fish, corals and invertebrates will also benefit greatly from Live Phytoplankton which is readily available to them in the wild.
