Also known as the Spotted Watchman Goby, the Pink and Blue Spotted Goby, or the Pink Spotted Shrimp Goby. Although this territorial fish may be aggressive towards its own kind (unless a mater pair), it is rarely aggressive towards other fish. The watchman goby can be prone to jumping especially if startled and there for it is recommended to secure your aquarium with a lid or other enclosure.

As with all marine fish, they benefit from a varied diet of vitamin enriched foods. The Spotted Watchman Goby's diet should consist of a variety of meaty foods such as brine shrimp, mysis shrimp or other frozen preparations. Over time Spotted Watchman Gobies may be acclimated to high-quality flake foods.

Gobies will also benefit greatly from live phytoplankton which is readily available to them in the wild.
