Nassarius Sand Snail (5 Pack)

 
The Nassarius Sand Snail is an essential member to any clean up crew.  They will scavenge and scour for detritus, left over food, and waste and have a surprisingly big appetite for their size. They have spiral shelves that can have different colors depending on the region they are from.  They also like to burrow in the sand in search of food, which keeps your substrate stirred and oxygenated.

Invertebrates can be more sensitive to parameter changes than fish or coral.  High nitrate levels or sudden changes in pH or Salinity can be very harmful to inverts and may cause death.  It is recommended to do a slow acclimation process when adding new inverts to your aquarium.
