Zebrasoma flavescens Yellow Tangs (also known as Surgeon Fish) are highly sought after for it's beauty and is one of the most iconic fish in marine aquaria. Due to the recent bans on the export of Yellow Tangs from Hawaii it is only available now through breeding in captivity. You can expect your captive bred tang to be young (captive-bred fish in general are young). Despite popular belief, captive-bred yellow tangs have the same amazing coloration as wild caught specimens which only enhances with maturity. |
