View Marine Fish Compatibility Chart Cirrhilabrus balteatus, or the Balteatus Fairy Wrasse (a.k.a the Girdled Fairy Wrasse) has a beautiful coloration that varies from purple to pink with hints of green and yellow on it's tail fin. It's dorsal and anal fins are almost black with a red/purple streak along the edge. The Balteatus Fairy Wrasse is very peaceful to other fish and is reef safe so you don't have to worry about it nipping at corals. These guys are jumpers so make sure you have a screen or lid to keep them in the tank! Regular feedings should include vitamin enriched frozen mysis shrimp, frozen brine shrimp, and other meaty foods along with a high quality marine flake and/or pellet food. |
